Size Guide

Worthing FC Macron size guide

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up — especially for growing players. Macron is an italian brand so does come up smaller compared to UK brands. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty, so please double-check sizing before ordering.

Ordering & Production

How long will my order take?
Worthing FC kit and leisurewear is made to order. Please allow 14–21 working days for production (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection or dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
Are personalised items refundable?
Personalised products (names, numbers, initials, etc.) are non-returnable unless faulty. Please double-check spelling and sizes before checkout.

Do you offer collection?
Yes — you’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect from:

Do you offer delivery?
Yes — delivery options are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Returns & Faults

Can I return my order?
Standard (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they’re unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If there’s a fault or error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.
