Worthing FC kit and leisurewear is made to order. Please allow 14–21 working days for production (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection or dispatch.

Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Personalised products (names, numbers, initials, etc.) are non-returnable unless faulty. Please double-check spelling and sizes before checkout.

Standard (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they’re unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags.

If there’s a fault or error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.
