Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Important

Due to the nature of club and personalised products:

👉 Customised or club-branded items cannot be returned unless faulty.

This includes:

  • Printed garments

  • Embroidered items

  • Club-specific products

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

If you are posting a return, please include a cover letter including your name, a contact number and our original order number. If these details are not enclosed a refund or exchange will not be issued.

We recommend sending parcels tracked to ensure their return.
