3. Products & Services

We supply sportswear, equipment, accessories and bespoke/customised products, including club-specific items.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary depending on device display.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products
• Limit quantities
• Refuse service at our discretion

4. Custom & Bespoke Products

Many of our products are made to order or personalised (e.g. printed names, numbers, logos, club branding).

Once production has started, customised items cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, except where faulty or incorrect.

It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct before checkout.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Your order is only accepted once:

• Payment is received
• You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

• Stock availability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect product information

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal or Shopify Payments).

We do not store card details.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on whether items are customised.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once goods are delivered.

9. Returns & Refunds

Standard (Non-Customised) Products

You may return unused standard items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached

Return postage is your responsibility.

Custom / Personalised Products

Customised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.

We will arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Club Shop Orders

Club shop products are produced specifically for each club.

Sizing guides are provided but responsibility for selecting the correct size rests with the customer.

Club-branded products follow the same bespoke product rules outlined above.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, graphics, text and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Macron Sports Hub Hastings.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Upload malicious code
• Interfere with site functionality

We may suspend access if misuse is detected.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
